Tucker should lead off.

He's one of our top OPS guys and is by far and away our best base runner.

A 1-2 combo with him and Altuve would provide some dynamic baserunning options while our 3 and 4 guys are up. It would also minimize HIDP exposure.

For whatever it's worth, this would put a righty bat between Tucker and Alvarez.

4. Bregman – 3B
5. Pena – SS
6. Abreu – 1B
7. Diaz – C
8. McCormick/Julks/Brantley – LF/DH
9. Meyers/McCormick – CF

Pena does well with a strong bat behind him. Jury is still out on whether Abreu can provide that, but it's looking more and more encouraging thing that Diaz can.
