Trying to understand Youth Soccer(girls) in TX, organization, leagues, levels, etc

As titled, I am a parent new to soccer, living in Texas, and trying to figure this all out. I have a 12 year old daughter in the Houston TX area and honestly feeling completely overwhelmed trying to figure out how all of this is organized. There's STX Soccer, and USC(club) soccer? ECNL, ECNL RL, premier? I've seen MLS Next, GA, US Youth Soccer, etc etc. Is there a place somewhere that has a simple chart just showing the levels of leagues or anything showing the highest tier league all the way down to the lowest? Daughter has only been playing for about a year and a half but already competing in Division 1 but that was in the EDPL through STX Soccer. I'm hearing US Club soccer is a much higher level of skill in TX playing for a club like Albion, but then even in that club seems there are many many levels of teams. Seems there's several leagues that overlap geographically but never even play each other. How do you even know who's best? So confused… lol Is there a better place to ask this question even? Please help! =)
