Trying to sell my home but is the market terrible right now??

Hey all, just want some feedback because I’m not getting any offers and wondering if it’s just my home or the market overall.

For reference, my home is located in Meyerland , 2,500SF, 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. Two story and detached garage. Selling for $334,999

Now, here’s the negatives that I think could be contributing: my house was built in the 60s so i understand it needs some work, the garage is in rough shape but not unusable, and I live next to a guy who is a hoarder. Do you think those are grounds to not have any offers??
