Trying to help a friend – Rodent Pest Control

A friend called me earlier trying to see if I knew any pest control companies. Unfortunately, I don't except the ones I see commercials for. Does anyone know a good reputable rodent pest control company? They're trying to get rid of the problem for good.

Edit: they have tried putting outdoor bait to try and stop them from coming in but they may already be in the house.
