Trying to find name of bar, artist of decorations in it.

Posting for a friend: 20 years ago, I was in a bar in Houston that had a bunch of decorative copper lantern type things. Think like Mexican/Morrocan punched tin lanterns, but made of copper and very large geometric and organic forms, as far as I remember. That ring a bell for anyone? Anyone live in Houston? I know Rich did, because he and I had pretty much the best fajitas of my life on that visit…yes I've googled it. I would really like to know the artisan's name. Downtown, maybe a hotel?
