trying to find help for elderly neighbors

Hello, I stay in Se houston, I live next to this elderly couple. Back in June or July I noticed a firetruck around midnight at their home. My mother in law called the elderly lady, she stated they had an electrical fire somewhere in the house. So the firefighters tore out some wall, and turned the power off to the house. 😕 We gave them food for Thanksgiving, and they updated us on their situation. They still don't have power, their nephew was to help by sending an electrician , but has gone to Mexico, it's none of my business.

Just wondering are there any services that could help these people 🤔 Or businesses that would help them in their budget?
