Trying to figure out Reliant Energy Costs

Hey y’all, wife and I are moving to the burbs from Austin and the whole energy thing is a new can of worms for me. Trying to find the fine print that explains the kWh plans Reliant offers and if there’s a fee for going over the 800/1000/2000 threshold but can’t find anything and the customer service rep I spoke with didn’t seem to get what I was looking for.

So I’m here to see if anyone with Reliant energy can shed some light (wow) on what y’all’s rates look like and if there’s a fee associated with going over the threshold of the plan. Maybe I’m making it up and just assuming the worst, but I can’t seem to find anything online that suggests they charge anything extra.

Also…if Reliant isn’t great, do y’all have any suggestions? I’ve seen Energy Ogre stans in some posts but am wary of shifting providers every few months.
