Trying to DIY demo home in Houston Texas, what do I need to know?

I have a property with a double wide trailer (1200sqft) on it, it is very old and worn down, rotten wood etc. I plan to demo the home via DIY with my brothers. What should I know, the home is on non residential land that my family owns. Any advice? Trying to not break the bank, I can rent dumpsters and plan to hire a contractor to kill and cap utilites.
