Trying to decide reliant energy plan

Moving to a new house and trying to decide on a plan through reliant energy for electric. The house is roughly 1500 soft, 2 adults who are gone most of the day, 2 small dogs and 2 cats. Leaning towards these 2 but let me know your thoughts! Reliant seasonal savings Reliant flextra credits
