Truth BBQ is overrated! Their line is so slow so they create the "high demand effect"

Am I the only one who is not impressed with TB ?! Their BBQ is ok but nothing close to many restaurants in Houston, Austin and Texas area in general.

I was wondering why their lines are always long, but today I came to the realization that their front workers take forever to get your order. After all, making a bar drink is way more complicated than getting a piece of meat two feet away and slicing it.
