Truck with huge Russian Flag & Z decal on I10 this morning

Definitely saw the weirdest thing I ever thought I'd see in Houston today heading W on I10 @ BW8 this morning around 8:40.

GMC truck with huge Russian flag with Z decal on his cab window or door in the left lane. Anyone else see it? I'm trying to get some footage from my dashcam later.
