Truck vs Car, lawyer

Hi, I got into an accident with a truck when we both turned on the right lane and he swerved on mine and scratch the whole right side of my car.

The cop on site said the truck driver was at 100% fault as he was due to go straight and not turn. The driver had no driving license either.

While I don’t need medical attention, adrenaline will wear off.

Should I lawyer up? Any recommendations?
