Truck Stolen in Valet Parking Downtown

My truck, a white 2021 GMC Sierra AT4, was stolen in downtown Houston last night (26 June). We dropped my truck off yesterday to the valet at the Westin Downtown and when I went to pick it up this morning they “couldn’t find it”. The last video they have it is from their valet moving it to an overflow lot around 7pm last night.

I am fortunate that I have full coverage insurance, but I am understandably extremely upset. My conversation with the police was about 90 seconds long and they basically told me it’s probably already in Mexico or in a chop shop.

What is my next move? Obviously insurance is already involved. Can I get the hotel or valet lot to cover some of the loss? (Property inside the vehicle, Uber charges due to not having a vehicle, etc.)
