Truck dropping gravel on I-10

I was driving on I-10 West today near the Top Golf, there was a truck driving with a steady stream of gravel dropping behind it and pinging every fucking vehicle within 100 feet behind it. To top it off there was a sign saying "We are not responsible for any broken windshields" so they obviously are aware of the issue.

What an asshole. Who do you even call about this?
