Trendy local shops?

Hey Houston! I’m visiting your city soon and my wife and I like collecting local art or trendy things from the cities we visit.

Google isn’t very helpful though, if I search “galleries” all the results are museums or high end art galleries. If you search “craft store” or “art store” you get like hobby lobby type stores.

What are some trendy/hip shops I should check out? Cool neighborhoods? Trying to find like a $20-30 art print or $20-30 mug rather than a $5,000 painting or vase.
