Traveling to H-Town this weekend, looking for things to do!

Some things I enjoy: sports games (sad that the NBA season is over…), parks, bars, diverse food. A very basic list. But I have no idea what to look for or what Houston is known for. If anyone takes the time to respond, thank you in advance!!
