Trap parking at Buffalo Bayou Parking

I had a ticket at one of parking from City Of Houston. It was at Buffalo Bayou park. There were no clear or visible signs that says no parking and the parking inspector was ticketing almost 30 vehicles parked there during that time…. City just want to make money and put you on trap instead of posting a visible signs for NO PARKING. Has anyone else faced the same issue?
