Transformer Blew Twice in Two Weeks

I get it. Those things get old and they detonate. Fine. But twice in two weeks? Centerpoint won't give an explanation.

I wasn't hugely inconvenienced. I prep for hurricane outages, after all. But no explanation for why a transformer can't stay fixed for more than two weeks? I wish they would put detailed information online for download so we could be assured they aren't fixing things with scotch tape and wishful thinking.
