Train line near Highland Village?

Weird question, but does anyone know what's going on with the trains that pass through the Highland Village shopping area? I've lived in this neighborhood about three years and it's usually been pretty quiet, but for the past month or so, trains have been BLARING on their horns as they pass through. The guard rails in the area were out after Beryl but all seem to be fixed now. This happens multiple times a day, up to about 1am some nights. Semi-venting but mostly just curious because it's been such a stark change and has now been happening consistently.
