Traffic Citation Lawyer Recommendations

Was cited for failure to control speed when an idiot slammed on the brakes trying to turn right from the middle lane. Other driver lied and said we were in the right lane, this was documented by officers(him lying, I was able to prove he stopped in between both middle and right lanes). Cop was understanding but her partner was adamant and rude and said I was still at fault.

I want to find a good traffic lawyer for this case. The cop wrote an invalid date (scheduled on Sunday even though court is M-F) and the other Driver was cited for failure to provide insurance. Even if you can tell me your experience too that would be helpful. Thank
