[TRAFFIC ALERT] As of 10:30 AM, I-10 / Katy Freeway Eastbound is currently shut down at 610. All mainlane traffic is being forced off to west loop. Check your route before driving if heading into the city this morning.

Hope this helps someone, I work night shifts (security) and coming home I saw a s**t load of construction there near the N Post Oak overpass. Looks like they are working on expanding the HOV lane, which is needed to be fair, but going the other way I saw a bunch of construction vehicles and stopped dump trucks on the main lanes and all the traffic being forced off to 610. Westbound is clear but Eastbound traffic is backed up to Bingle Rd.
