Trading out of 13

I know everyone wants to trade out of the 3 but I think it’s more likely to get out of 13. I see a run a WR going in the teens. What is the likely hood the packers trade 22 and 28 for 13. Maybe we throw in pick 80 for both there 4th rounds to make it more likely? Thoughts?
