Toys R Us closes its only 2 U.S. stores in Houston and New Jersey
Toys R Us has closed all of its U.S. stores again — all two of them.
The store in Houston’s Galleria mall closed Jan. 15, and the other in Paramus, New Jersey, closed a few days later, the Associated Press reports. Parent company Tru Kids still operates a ToysRUs.com, which the company describes as “a content website that automatically links consumers to purchase products from select retail partners” — namely Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN).
