Toyota announces big changes to its Texas plant lineup

Toyota announced big changes to its North American manufacturing operations Jan. 17, including a shift in the product lineup of its Texas plant.

Plano, Texas-based Toyota Motor North America, part of Toyota Motor Corp. (NYSE: TM), will cease production of the Sequoia in its Indiana plant by 2022. Starting that year, the company’s Texas plant in San Antonio will begin assembly of the Sequoia.
