Townhomes Construction

Hello everyone! I'm curious if anyone has information about the townhomes being built in the Northside area. I've noticed many houses torn down, and I'm one of the last homes standing. I've lived here for so long and I'm not sure what to do. I've heard rumors about tall townhomes being planned. Could anyone advise me on which city department I should contact to learn more about these developments? I want to understand what's coming so I can make informed decisions about my living situation.
