Towing company damaged my car

So my car got towed last week and I was already upset because I think it was wrongfully done (I parked at the right spot), but decided to just drop it, but to make it worse I’ve been noticing these weird sounds from my car and I realized my muffler got detached and now it’s going to cost me $100 to fix it.

Advice?
