Tow truck hit my car on 290.

Got what might be a dumb question. A towtruck was swerving thru traffic as they usually do. As he went by me, he changed lanes, cut me off, and hit my front bumper. When trying to move out of the way, I hit another car.

Luckly, the onboard cameras caught the incident and you can clearly see the license plate and the TDLR#. You can even see that the guy saw what happened and kept going (this might be my imagination going wild).

I called the tow-truck company and they pretty much told me that they weren't there at that time and to go pound sand.

Any ideas of how to proceed?

EDIT: Do you have ideas on how to hold the tow company responsible? I know it's petty, but I have a bone to pick.
