Tourist looking for people to do Halloween with

Hi, I’m Adam from England. I’ve been in Texas for almost two weeks now and I head home on the 1st on November from Houston airport. I was excited to spend halloween in the states, however I have no current plan in doing so. I’m open to suggestions on what to do, or any social groups I can join. Meetup.com or Couchsurfing.com is giving me nothing. Thanks a lot.
