Torchy’s Tacos expanding into Tennessee, Indiana

It looks like Torchy’s Tacos could expand into at least three new states by this time next year.

First came news in October that the Austin-based restaurant chain plans to open next year in Raleigh, North Carolina. That was followed by reporting from Louisville Business First that the the company plans its first location in Jeffersonville, Indiana — which is part of the metro area of Louisville, Kentucky, just across the Ohio River.
