TopArt offers art classes for children at Katy location
TopArt began in 2012 in Vietnam, growing to 20 locations over the last 12 years. The first Houston location launched in 2018 off Beechnut Road, but it closed in early 2020 due to challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic.
