Top home builders around 300k

Hi all. Looking for advice when looking at home builders for around 300k. I know they won’t be super high quality but I’m hoping for something that’s built to last rather than what I hear some of them are putting out.

If it makes a difference I’m hoping for 3 bedrooms around 1400sqft
