Top brewery between Katy and IAH

I'm working in Katy for the week. I've got a few hours before my flight at 6pm Friday. What would be your top picks for me between Katy and IAH?

My preference would be a brewery with an absolute bomb pilsner with IPAs being a close second. But I don't discriminate really.
