tons of sirens off 59?

I'm at 59 and buffalo off the fwy and just heard tons of sirens for the last 45 mins. Citizen says there was an officer involved accident, but even now it's like police vehicle speeding by just whooping the sirens? But it seems the accident has been cleared?
