TOMT: old Houston Restaurant

Hey guys! Trying to remember the name and location of a restaurant in Houston in the 90s. I believe it was in the loop but can't be sure. It was a large, saloon style restaurant and bar with a giant swing coming down from a very high ceiling and girls would swing on it in old-timey Western outfits. Unfortunately I was a young child so I can't remember much else. Am I hallucinating this memory?
