Toll Tag Citation on Cosigned Car

I co-singed a car with my sister (lesson learned-never cosign) and she racked up a bunch of toll tag fees. Well now I got a citation in the mail under both our names, and since this is a citation I am assuming this goes on my record. She is going to pay (~$400+ instead of the ~500 to go to court) but I still did not want anything on my record, is there anything I can do? I never drover her car and I have my own car with an EZtag account that I always paid.
