Toll road with Canadian plates

So just a quick question for anyone who knows about this. I'm driving my Canadian Registered vehicle in Houston as of now and have used the 99 Toll Rd (I think also called grand parkway) multiple times however I'm not sure how it works for out of country licenses. I do not have EZTag or anything like that and I was doing research online and most of the information I could find is only about out of state cars not out of country. The only thing I found close to what I was searching for was for San Fransico and it said: "For us? Nothing. A couple of years ago (pre Covid) we were vacationing in San Francisco. We learned that there is a toll that must be paid for the Golden Gate Bridge, so we phoned to pre-pay. Or to try. We were passed (via phone) back and forth between a few people and finally spoke to a supervisor. He informed us that they had no way to bill Canadians, only Americans. It wouldn’t recognize our license plate. He told us to cross as many times as we wanted, no charge!"

Will I get pulled over if I keep doing this? Will I get billed to the address my vehicle is registered to? Can the toll agency access my address from the Canadian database?
