Toddler recommendations needed

Hello all! Will be visiting from out of state for the first time with a toddler and a 10 year old. Looking for some vaired yet fun Texan things to do with the children. I know we just missed the rodeo, but both seem to be into cowboys.

Would anyone please be able to recommend some comparable child friendly activities where they can meet some "cowboys" or learn a bit of the culture in a fun way.
