Toasted Yolk vs Broken Egg

Been going to Another Broken Egg Cafe brunch spots for a few years. Today I went to a spot in the Tanglewood area called The Toasted Yolk Cafe and it was almost identical. Like, different vibe, but same coffee and 100% same mugs. Are these owned by the same place? Or is it an Applebees vs Chili’s sort of thing?
