Toadstools?!

Say, Houston… Has anyone / anyplace taken up the mantle of selling "Toadstools" toasted sandwiches I remember from the late 70's?

They were meats & cheese & sliced, cooked mushrooms on a 'sub' bun, first sold by Yamin's, then later by Stephano's before they each closed.

MMMmmmMMMMM!! Darn, but they were good!
