To Anyone that Uses their Houston Public Library Card to Access LinkedInLearning, Can You Help Me Find The Library ID?

EDIT: Had to rewrite it to avoid confusion!

I want to log in to my LinkedinLearning account on my phone with the app. However, it isn't letting me use my Library Card Number and Pin to sign in. It is asking for the Library ID number to verify that the library is part of the free access privileges we as Houston Public Library Card Holders can access. I called the central location, but only get an automated voicemail with options that don't seem to get me to a person. I called another location close by, but the manager didn't know the Library ID either. I'm asking if anyone else here happens to know the Library ID for Houston Public Library that will let me sign in on the app. Thank you.
