To all my retail workers out there about Robberies/Burglaries/Theft

Seems like the last year and half crime has increased significantly. I own a couple of businesses and getting tired of this s**t. You can only do so much verbally to try to stop them from blatantly stealing your stuff in the open, especially when most of them are bigger fellas. Just venting some steam.

How are you guys faring with all these rats and roaches as of late?
