TMJ/Migraine Doctor

Hi everyone, I suffer from terrible migraines which I am trying to manage. I also unfortunately have terrible TMJ. I was wondering if any of you wonderful people happen to know of a TMJ doctor that specializes with migraine patients? On a side note any recommendations on neurologist wouldn’t hurt either. Thanks in advance.
Adding: I am seeing a neurologist currently but if anyone knows an awesome one I would go consult a new one.
