Tips on building Clientele (makeup)

I’m new to houston and trying to build clientele. I’ve had some clients but have hit a stump.. I’m not sure how else to get my work out there. I’ve sponsored and advertised, and used bumble bff. i’m not sure what else to do. I love to do makeup but it’s not a sustainable amount right now. Any tips or does anyone know someone who needs makeup done?
