Tips for a stranded traveller

So I'm stuck here until tomorrow because my flight home to Ohio yesterday was cancelled. I'd love to do cool Houston things but everything is closed (I will refrain from Northerner comments on that as I know there are reasons ). Any recs of things that ARE open? I don't mind being outside. So a pretty park or garden isn't out of bounds.

I am currently at the Saint Arnold Brewing Company which is very cool, albeit only open till 4 with a limited menu.
