Tim Kelly

Titans fan here just coming to talk. Recently, ESPN reporter Jeremy Fowler just tweeted that your former OC Tim Kelly is in talks to join our offensive coaching staff. At this moment, our fanbase is livid with our offensive regression, with calls for Ryan Tannehill and OC Todd Downing to be removed from the team. We've speculated that he could serve in an advisory role, similar to how Jim Schwartz mentored then-newly-titled DC Shane Bowen. Although Kelly doesn't have the same prestigious and thick resume that Schwartz did, what are some of his strengths and weaknesses? What plays and personnel groupings does he like to run? Is he better with the pass or the run? Any insight you can give would be greatly appreciated.
