Tiktok shows City of Houston does not follow its own laws for feeding the homeless/unhoused at 61 Riesner St, 77002, the city-designated feeding site

Tiktok user punkwithacamera has been volunteering with Food Not Bombs. 61 Riesner Street, 77002, is the site the CoH has designated for the public to legally feed Houston’s unhoused.

However, the city is not following its own ordinances which require there to be two (2) porta potties that are accessible at all times. Punkwithacamera is requesting help checking the availability of these porta potties, as they have been locked by either the contractor or the city.
