Tiebreaker

Between us and the White Sox who holds the tiebreak in the case of finishing with identical records? What is the tiebreaking sequence? Finishing as the 2nd seed would be so much better than as the 3rd.

Having home field advantage in theory would be big (ignoring what happened against the Nationals in the WS a few years ago).
