Tickets vs. Rangers in July

I want to buy tickets for the Rangers series in July. I see that I cannot buy tickets for games after June through the MLB site, but I am able to get resale tickets through Ticketmaster. Does anyone know what's going on there, and when July tickets go on sale through MLB?
