Tickets for sale for 9/23 against the Mariners

So I work for a company that sponsors the Astros and apart of us winning an award, i was able to get 4 tickets with each one having $25 concession vouchers. Pretty sure I cannot attend the game and i’d like to see who would be wanting to buy them off me. The seats are in section 107 (third base line), Row 37, seats 9-12.

since these tickets were gifted to me, I don’t know the exact face value. i looked at those seats for the next day and from what i can gather, those seats are approximately $70-$80. I’m willing to part with the 4 tickets, and the concession vouchers for $200. I’m open to all negotiations, just looking to get these tickets off my hands and into the hands of a fan who can make it that day.
