Ticket Help

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Sorry if not. Has anyone had success getting entry into the ballpark using the Vivid Seats app recently? I’ve been going in circles with them for over an hour trying to get their tickets in my ballpark app, but they are giving me no solution other than “use the vivid seats app”. I don’t trust these tickets at all and think I should request a refund instead. They sent me a pdf of the tickets, which we all know has not been used in years. I go to games all the time and every third party ticket application I’ve ever used sent direct to ballpark. Very frustrating experience. Have used them in the past (pre-pandemic) with no issues but am definitely worrying about it now. Thanks in advance.
